University Players perform for children December 3

December 01, 2005The University Players at Elizabeth City State University will present a 45-minute play for children at 2 p.m., December 3 in the Little Theater. There is no admission for the play. This is the tale of Emmy, Santas tiniest, clumsiest, and most mischievous elf. Santa can find no job for her except as a nurse for an elderly reindeer forced into unwanted retirement. The bitter pair seeks revenge on Santa, but their plans backfire. The annual Christmas play returns with the same good fun and jolly Christmas spirit kids enjoy time after time. After the show, we will open Santa’s workshop and every child attending will receive a toy to paint for either themselves or to give as a gift.
