The panel discussion was led by City of Rocky Mount Mayor David Combs. Gilchrist Thurlis Little co- chairperson of the DEVFC Steering Committee and Julia Congleton-Bryant, chairperson of the DEVFC Steering Committee.
The panelists discussed the September 29 football game that will be held at 4 p.m. at the Rocky Mount Sports Complex, 600 Independence Drive in Rocky Mount, N.C. and the series of events held in conjunction with the football game.
Congleton-Bryant said she looks forward to the 15th annual Down East Viking Football Classic which has been held each year for the delight of fans of all ages.
