Reception held at ECSU for new U.S. Coast Guard families

The Elizabeth City State University Office of Admissions will collaborate with the Elizabeth City Chamber of Commerce to sponsor a reception for new U.S. Coast Guard spouses and families from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on September 10, 2008 from at the K.E. White Graduate Center on Weeksville Road.
