Elizabeth City State University will observe Founders Day at 10 a.m. on March 8 with an assembly in the Floyd L Robinson Auditorium of the Mickey L. Burnim Fine Arts Center. ECSU will celebrate its 115th year anniversary with Dr. Floyd L Robinson as the keynote speaker. Dr. Robinson is an ECSU professor emeritus and former senior administrator.
