ECSU/Albemarle Community Orchestra performs for Harbor Nights

The ECSU/Albemarle Community Orchestra will perform 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m., July 1 for Harbor Nights, a community celebration hosted by the Pasquotank Arts Council. The orchestra will play a series of patriotic favorites for this free, public event. It takes place at Gaither Park on the Waterfront of Elizabeth City.
