ELIZABETH CITY, NC- Five members of the Elizabeth City State University football team have been named to the 2006 CIAA All-Rookie Team as voted by the CIAA Sports Information Director’s Association. On the offensive side the Vikings place Billy Wiggins, II, Daniel Mendez and Brian Moore. Hamilton was twice named CIAA Rookie of the Week and ranks third in the conference in interceptions with 5 picks. Irving has helped the Vikings execute four shutouts this season.
