ECSU hosts annual Spring Arts Festival April 15-21

April 11, 2007Elizabeth City State University’s School of Arts and Humanities presents a series of free events during its Spring Arts Festival that are open to the public and culturally enriching. The School of Arts and Humanities is the conservatory of the arts at Elizabeth City State University. Its faculty and staff are proud to uphold the school’s mandate to provide students with a solid liberal arts education. The festival serves as artistic exchange with the community and it provides context for interpretation. The week-long schedule of events is diverse, ranging from the tangibility of construction in art, to essential rhythm and movement in dance, and to the abstraction of meditation on art forms known only as science.
