Three new trustees were sworn into office during the September 10 quarterly meeting of the Elizabeth City Board of Trustees:
- Ms. Priscilla Azaglo, a junior from Charlotte, N.C., the president of the Student Government Association. Her term will expire in 2014.
- Mr. Tracy Swain, a South Mills resident and a governor’s appointee whose term will expire in 2017
- Mr. Harvey Walker, a Morehead City resident and a governor’s appointee whose term will expire in 2017.
The ECSU Board of Trustees meets on the second Tuesday of the month in March, June, September and December. All meetings will be held at 1 p.m. in room #117 at the K. E. White Graduate and Continuing Education Center, unless posted otherwise.
