Black Exchange Program workshops held Nov. 2, 3

The ECSU Walter R. Davis School of Business and Economics welcomes the public to attend career awareness and career planning seminars on November 2 and 3. These sessions are part of the Black Executive Exchange Program which is designed to cultivate new leaders. Representatives from CIGNA, Phillip Morris, and Turner Construction of Cleveland, Ohio will appear on program to share their knowledge. These guest speakers will serve as visiting professors for our students and other attendees who want to advance professionally. These seminars will cover resume writing, job interviewing skills, leadership traits, career coaching, networking and more. The public, especially prospective entrepreneurs, are welcome to attend. The free workshops will be held in Williams Hall, Lester Hall and the Ridley Student Center. A BEEP workshop, Career Awareness & Planning, will be held from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. on November 2 in Williams Hall. For more information, please contact Roberta Shaw at 335-3497.
