Joshua Jones, Professor of Military Science at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical University , right, congratulate Lt. Col. Troy Barnes on his recent promotion. Barnes, formerly Major Barnes, is the commanding officer for the ROTC at ECSU. Barnes has been in the U. S. Army for 17 years. He oversees a program of 57 cadets.
