U. S. Rep. Emanuel Cleaver speaks for ECSU Commencement

Elizabeth City State University welcomes U.S. Rep. Emanuel Cleaver, II (D-Missouri) as the speaker for the 148th Commencement Ceremony at 9 a.m. on May 9 at Roebuck Stadium. Cleaver is currently serving his third term as a representative for the Fifth Congressional District of Missouri in the U.S. House of Representatives and he serves on the exclusive Financial Services Committee and the Speaker’s Select Committee on Energy Independence and Global Warming.
