On March 8, the Elizabeth City Music Club presents a performance by soprano Toccara Patrick, a senior from Petersburg, Va. She will perform a very diverse program of arias, art songs and spirituals ranging from Mozart through composers of the 20th century. She will be accompanied by ECSU piano faculty Dr. Mary Hellmann. The concert will be held at 3 PM, this Sunday March 8 at Christ Episcopal Church, 200 S McMorrine Street in Elizabeth City. The concert is free and open to the public.
