April 26, 2005The ROTC at Elizabeth City State University will hold a commissioning ceremony at 11 a.m., May 6 in the ROTC Classroom. The ROTC will commission Cadet Justin M. Roy, of Gaston, NC, as 2nd Lieutenant in the U. S. Army. Lieutenant Colonel Patrick W. Burden, a staff officer for the Assistant Secretary of the Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology from Headquarters, Department of the Army (Pentagon), is the speaker for the ceremony.
