Office of Sustainability Announces Community Garden

The Office of Sustainability welcomed faculty, staff and students to view the new community garden. It’s located near Griffin and McLendon Halls. The produce will first be available to students, staff, and faculty. Some of the produce will also be given to the Food Bank of the Albemarle. Currently the following are growing in the garden: cabbage, collards, spinach, mixed salads, kale, and mustard greens.
