Elizabeth City State University’s African Studies Program welcomes His Excellency Pierre Buyoya, former president of the Republic of Burundi for the annual ECSU-APARC African Presidential visit. His Excellency Pierre Buyoya will appear at the Global Leadership Academy Student Forum at 4 p.m. on September 16 in Rom #138 of Lane Hall.
