The Elizabeth City State University (ECSU) Board of Trustees’ Governance Committee will hold a special, virtual meeting on Monday, June 6 at 1:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to approve the construction manager and commissioning agent for the housing and dining capital project. The Board of Trustees will also consider the authorization of a new heating, ventilation, and cooling system for Viking Village.
