Elizabeth City State University welcomed U.S. Rep. Emanuel Cleaver, II (D-Missouri) as the speaker for the 148th Commencement Ceremony on May 9 at Roebuck Stadium. Approximately 285 students earned undergraduate and graduate degrees during the ceremony.
