Collegian Jazz Ensemble concert is November 10

October 27, 2005The Collegians Jazz Ensemble presents &quotAn Evening of Jazz&quot at 7:30 p.m., November 10 in the Floyd L Robinson Auditorium of the Mickey L. Burnim Fine Arts Center. This concert will include music from the big-band or &quotswing&quot jazz era. Selections include &quotSplanky,&quot &quotLil’ Darlin,&quot as recorded by The Count Basie Orchestra, &quotPerdido&quot by the Duke Ellington Orchestra and &quotOye Como Va,&quot a contemporary piece written by Tito Puente.
