January 27 2005The Elizabeth City State University Foundation will hold the 9th Annual Clifton Davis Golf Classic April 22-23 2005. The kick-off activities will be held 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Groupers on the Elizabeth City waterfront. A series of activities follows for April 23: 7:15 a.m. Breakfast at Golden Corral in Elizabeth City
9 a.m. Longest Drive Contest
10 a.m. Tee off at Albemarle Plantation
6 p.m. Awards/Auction/Gala dinner dance at the K. E. White Graduate Center – tickets for the gala are $25. Four-person teams may enter the contest for $600 ($500 if purchased by April 1). That fee includes garden fees a covered golf cart lunch and beverages the awards the auction and gala and golf accessories.
