With her cello in hand, Shana Tucker and The Shana Tucker Quartet raised the bar on jazz Tuesday, April 9 when they performed for the 2019 ECSU Jazz Festival. Tucker’s quartet included Elizabeth City native Thomas Taylor. The evening was also highlighted by the ECSU Jazz Ensemble and a few special musical guests from Northeastern High School.
