June 10, 2005The Community Development program at ECSU will hold a first-time homebuyers seminar and banquet at 6:30 p.m. June 14 in the K.E. White Graduate Center. The guest presenter is Willie Dixon, a veteran housing consultant with over 20 years experience with the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency. Officials from the USDA Rural Development Program will also be on hand to discuss homeownership opportunities through their agency. Registration is required but the event is free.
