August 10, 2005 Elizabeth City State University announces start-up dates for fall semester 2005. Registration for New Student Orientation begins at 8:30 a.m., August 18 and August 19, in the Fine Arts Complex. Freshmen who have attended previous orientations this summer need not attend the August sessions. Orientation for transfer students will be held 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on August 20 in the new Student Center and conclude in the K. E. White Graduate Center. Registration for Weekend & Evening College and graduate programs will be held 9 a.m. until noon August 20 in the K. E. White Graduate Center. Students with special needs or those participating in the band, Vikings Assisting New Students group, the choir, the cheerleading squad or specified athletic squads can also register August 20. Registration for returning ECSU students will be held 8:30 a.m. through 7 p.m. on August 22 in the K.E. White Graduate Center. Late registration will be held from 8:30 a.m. through 5 p.m. on August 23 in the Marion D. Thorpe Administration Building. Late fees are applicable on August 23. Classes begin on August 23.
