The Elizabeth City State University 2006 Homecoming Parade will be held on Saturday, November 4 at 10:00 a.m. The line-up of participants will take place at 9:00 a.m. at the National Guard Armory on Westover Street near Ehringhaus Street, Elizabeth City, NC. Participants must submit a registration form and entry fee of $20 (money order or certified check made payable to ‘ECSU-Homecoming Committee’) by October 18, 2006.
