November 07, 2006ECSU will hold a Pep Rally & Send-Off to the CIAA Championship Game for the Mighty Vikings Football Team "CIAA Eastern Division Champions ~ 2006" and Head Football Coach Waverly Tillar and the football coaching staff at 3 p.m. on November 8 in Roebuck Stadium. In the event of rain, the pep rally will be held in R. L. Vaughan Center. The 2006 CIAA Championship Football Game between Elizabeth City State and North Carolina Central will be held At 1 p.m. Saturday, November 11 at NCCU’s O’Kelly-Riddick Stadium In Durham, NC Tickets are $15 for adults but $10 for children, ages 2-12. Until midnight Thursday, visit http://www.theciaa.com, click on "CIAA ’06 , then click on "Buy Tickets" for CIAA Championship FB Game Event. After Thursday, contact UNNC at 919-530-5170. ECSU students are being transported by bus to the game but students must pay the ECSU Cashier $3 then take the receipt to the Student Live Office, Room 211, to reserve a bus seat. Conatct Jenelle Simpson at 3143 if you have questions. The bus will return to campus after the game. Students will be responsible for their lunches.
