ECSU alumna serves in NC House of Representatives

The Delta Chi chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Inc., hosted a reception for Rep. Annie Mobley at the K.E. White Graduate Center. Mobley is a 1963 graduate of Elizabeth City State University and enters the state House of Representatives for the first time. She is a native of Hertford County and resides in Ahoski, NC. Mobley represents North Carolina’s fifth district which includes Perquimans, Gates, Bertie and Hertford counties. Governor Easley appointed Mobley, a retired executive director, to the position after the death of Rep. Howard Hunter Jr. Photo caption: Standing left to right are the Rev.
