The Community Development Office at Elizabeth City State University and the City of Elizabeth City will host a free Energy Fair from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on October 30 at the K. E. White Graduate and Continuing Education Center. Participants will learn energy efficiency tips for the home. Other host agencies include The City of Elizabeth City Northeastern Community Development Corporation the Pasquotank Cooperative Extension Elizabeth City Neighborhood Corp. and the River City Community Development Corporation.
