• Annual American Education Week Assembly: 10 a.m. in the auditorium of the Mickey L. Burnim Fine Arts Center. Guest speaker: Ms. Darcy Grimes, North Carolina Teacher of the Year.
• International dance lessons/show: 3 to 4:30 p.m. at the Walter N. and Henrietta B. Ridley Student Complex.
• International Aviation and Aerospace Symposium: 6 to 10 p.m. in room 104 of the ECSU Pharmacy Complex.

Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012

• Student movie night: &quotMy Name is Khan,&quot a 2010 biography-drama, rated PG. 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Walter N. and Henrietta B. Ridley Student Complex.

Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012

• International Tea: 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Willie and Jacqueline Gilchrist Education and Psychology Complex. Delicious teas and coffees that are favored around the world will be highlighted and a select group of teachers and writing contest winners will be recognized.

Friday, Nov. 16, 2012

• International Dinner: 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the K.E. White Graduate and Continuing Education Center. This annual event brings guests to campus to join students, staff and faculty for an evening of international food, music, dance, and more. Attire: Garments, outfits and accessories that reflect your native culture or another culture that you admire. Keynote speaker: Ambassador Daniel Ohene Agyekum of the Ghana Embassy in Washington.

Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012

• Student Activity Day: Learn more about rural segregated schools of Pasquotank County, from 1925 to 1951, 2 p.m. at the Museum of the Albemarle.
• Game Day: Board games, card games, trivia and more. Noon to 2 p.m. at the stage (first floor) of the Walter N. and Henrietta B. Ridley Student Complex.
• International Exposure: An evening of fashion, dance and a speaker. 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Mickey L. Burnim Fine Arts Center. Doors open at 6 p.m.
• Culture Shock: An evening of international music. Williams Hall from 10 p.m. – 2 a.m. (fee $5 with ECSU student ID $7 without ECSU student ID).
