Elizabeth City State University proudly announces the new Veterans Advisory Board: Front row, left to right, City of Elizabeth City Police Chief Eddie Buffaloe Jr., The Rev. The Veterans Advisory Board is one of many resources the university recently established in support of the university’s active duty military men and women, veterans enrolled at the university, and students participating in United States Army Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC). The Veterans Advisory Board will provide immediate support to staff of the university’s new Veteran’s Resource Center, located in the Walter N. and Henrietta B. Ridley Student Center.
